OBITUARY:
At his residence, 2804 Highland avenue, on July 4th, 1909, M. L. Ruggles, of heart failure, aged 53 years. Funeral at the residence. Mr. Ruggles leaves a wife and four children to mourn his untimely demise. He was a member of Chemeketa Lodge No. 1, I. O. O. F., and A. F. & A. M. of Salem.
