DIED IN PORTLAND - The remains of the late Herbert J. Scott, who died in Portland Sunday, will arrive on the 11 o’clock train this (Wednesday) morning and will be interred in the I.O.O.F. cemetery. He was a brother of Grant Scott and a son of the late L. S. Scott.
