At the residence 1010 North 16th street, June 1, George Carter Dewey, aged 74 years, 11 months 14 days. Husband of Dora A. Dewey, father of Mrs. Esther L. Barham of this city; brother of Mary A. Kulp of Canton, Ohio, and Dr. Charles A. Dewey of Batavia, N. Y.; uncle of A. D. Klump of Stockton, Cal. Other nieces and nephews in middle west. Funeral services Thursday, June 2, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of the Salem Mortuary, 545 North Capitol street with Rev. J. R. Stewart officiating. Interment I. O. O. F. cemetery.
