OBITUARY: 
William M. Abrams, late resident of route 5, at a local hospital Saturday, February 13, at the age of 83.
Survived by one brother, Charles Abrams of Alabama; seven grandchildren, Mrs. Gladys Williams of Valsetz, Otto Whitesides of Medford, Melvin Whitesides of the US Army, and Mrs. Lois Masted, Alfred Whitesides and Glenn R. Whitesides, all of Salem; and five great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Friday, February 19, at 10 a. m. at the IOOF cemetery, with Rev. W. H. Lyman officiating. Direction Clough-Barrick company.
