OBITUARY: 

ARMSTRONG - In this city, July 20, Charles Wilbur Armstrong, age 58 years, father of Elmer Armstrong of Salem, brother of Frank Armstrong of Klamath Falls. Deceased was a member of Willamette Tent, Knights of the Maccabees. Announcement of funeral will be made later from the Rigdon mortuary.
