OBITUARY: 
Esther M. Croisan. April 27, 1898 - April 30, 1992. Esther M. Croisan, 94, of Salem died Thursday in Eugene. She was born in Medical Lake, Wash., and was raised in Salem. She married George Croisan in 1921; he died in 1965. She was a 1918 graduate of South Salem High School and studied home economics at Oregon State University. While there, she served as sophomore class secretary and junior class treasurer. She and her husband worked together many years in the insurance business. She enjoyed playing bridge and gardening, and she was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Delta Delta Delta sorority. Survivors include her son, George of Salem; daughter, Mariann Croisan Allen of Eugene; sisters, Ruth Fraser and Florence Kurtz, both of Salem, and Dr. Chris Busch of Tacoma, Wash.; and three grandchildren. Private services and interment were held. Arrangements are by Virgil T. Golden mortuary.
