OBITUARY: George Esplin, at the residence, 330 South 14th street, April 5. Survived by wife, Mrs. Freda Esplin of Salem, sons, Charles Esplin of the US air force, Walter Esplin of the USMC, William and Donald Esplin of Portland, daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Harrison of Portland, sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Croker, Mrs. Jeane Morrison and Mrs. Jessie Hobus, all of Winnipeg, Canada. Five grandchildren also survive. Services will be held Friday Ap[ril 7, at 10 a.m., from the Clough-Barrick chapel with Rev. George H. Swift officiating. Interment in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
