OBITUARY: The funeral of the late Tillman A. Howard, who died Monday in Portland will be held in Salem at the Rigdon undertaking parlors, Thursday, at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in Odd Fellows cemetery. The body will leave Portland tonight on the 6:10 train.
