NOTE – DeForrest and Grace were divorced. DeForrest remarried 20 Oct 1908 in Multnomah Co, Oregon, to Cora B. Davis. He died 19 Dec 1957 in Jackson Co, Oregon and was buried in Myrtle Creek IOOF Cemetery.

OBITUARY: 

Mrs. Grace Bliss, 80, late resident of 605 Oregon Ave. NE, died Wednesday at a Salem nursing home. She had been suffering from cancer for about a year.
Born in New Portland, Maine, she moved to Salem in 1919 from Idaho. She was a member of the Salem First Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving is a daughter, Miss Helen Bliss, Salem.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Howell-Edward chapel with Rev. A.G. Jeffries officiating. Interment will follow in Salem Pioneer Cemetery.
