New York), interment IOOF 3 Feb 1930, undertaker W. T. Rigdon & Son, informant: Mrs. Jennie Fischer of Silverton, Oregon.
OBITUARY: 
Mrs. Isabelle Headrick Booth of Silverton died a mile and a half north of Lebanon Saturday. Mother of Mrs. Jessie Fischer of Silverton, and Miss Georgia Booth of Los Angeles. Sister of Jennie Belt of Corvallis, and T. C. Case of Lebanon. Funeral services Monday, February 3, at 2 o'clock from the Rigdon mortuary. Interment in I. O. O. F. cemetery.
