OBITUARY:  Dr. Frank Brown At a Salem nursing home, June 8, at the age of 88 years. Late resident of 2030 Trade St.. SE. A retired  physician, he was a member emeritus of the Willamette University Board of Trustees, member of  Salem YMCA board of directors, member of Knight Memorial Congregational church. Survivors include three nephews, Ernest G. Clark, Frank R. Clark, and Ronald Crave, all of Salem. Services will be at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday at the W. T. Rigdon Chapel with Rev.
