MILTON A. BUDLONG AGED 80 PASSES

After an illness of three months, Milton A. budlong, Salem porperty owner and resident for the past 24 years, died this morning in his home at 598 South 15th street. Budlong would have been 80 years old tomorrow.

A daughter,, Mrs. Alena Vaughn, who made her home with him, two sons, Edward and Harry, all of Salem, five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren survive him. Budlongs wife died three and a half years ago.

Milton Budlond was born in Pontiac, Mich., on August 24, 1848. He farmed in Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado and Kansas and when coming to Salem 34 years ago he retired from active work, spending his time in looking after the leasing and renting of his property holdings.

Funeral services will be held at the Terwilliger funeral home Saturday morning at 10 o'clock.

Milton A. Budlong, age 80, died Thursday morning at his residence at 598 South 15th street. Survived by three children, Mrs. Alena Waughn, Ed. and Harvey Budlong, all of Salem. The funeral services will be held in the Terwilliger funeral home Saturday at 10 a. m., with interment in the I. O. O. F. cemetery.
