1880 CENSUS - Franklin Bunce, age 37, occupation farmer, b. Ohio, is enumerated with wife Isabelle Bunce, age 23, b. Ohio, along with Clarence E., age 11, b. Illinois, George A., age 7, b. Indiana, and Irving G., age 3, b. Michigan.
1910 CENSUS - Franklin Bunce, age 67, occupation farmer, b. Ohio, is enumerated with his wife of 41 years, Isabell Bunce, age 62, mother of 3 children, 2 of whom are living at the time of the census, b. Ohio.
OBITUARY: 
Franklin Bunce, aged 85, died at a local hospital April 16, after an illness of several months. He was a Civil war veteran, and a member of Sedwick post, Grand Army of the Republic. He is survived by his widow and two sons, Clarence and Irving, all of Salem. Funeral services will be held from Terwilliger's funeral home Monday, April 18, at 10:30 a. m., Rev. J. J. Gillespie officiating. Interment will be in the IOOF cemetery. Oregon Statesman 17 Apr 1927 5:6. 

To Attend Funeral - Comrades of the Sedwick post are requested to meet at Terwilliger's funeral parlors Monday, April 18, at 10:30 to attend the funeral of Franklin Bunce, according to J. J. Newmyer, commandant.
