She was born in Wells, Minnesota, and came to Salem about 1917. She was a retired employee of the Fairview Training Center and a member of Grace Baptist Church in Salem. Survivors include her sons Robert H. of Brookings and William Carl of Salem; and sisters Esther Tucker of Tacoma, Wash., and Dorothy Haynes of Eagle Point. Private graveside services will be today at Salem Pioneer Cemetery. Barrick mortuary in Salem is in charge of arrangements.
