NOTE Mother Clara died 30 Jan 1912 in Salem and was buried in City View Cemetery. Father Albert Sr died 21 Apr 1944 at Raymond, Pacific Co, Washington, and was buried in Mountain View Cemetery at Oregon City
OBITUARY: 

At a local hospital, December 21, Albert Lewis, Jr., formerly a resident of this city, age 17 years. Survived by his father, two sisters, Mrs. C.A. Leach, Raymond, Wash., Mrs. Harvey Behnke, Portland, and three brothers, Leonard and Ray of Raymond, Wash., and Ben of Salem. Funeral will be form the Terwilliger home Sunday at 2 p.m.
