OBITUARY:  McCAUSTLAND--At the residence of Allan E. Faxton, corner of 14th and Mission streets, at 8 p.m., Monday Sept. 7, 1896, Homer McCaustland, aged 22 years. His death was caused by typhus fever. He has a brother residing in Astoria and he was informed by telegraph last night of the sad occurrence.
