OBITUARY:
RAINS -- At the Salem hospital, Sunday night, February 18, 1912, Thomas Rains, aged 83 years. Mr. Thomas Rains was an uncle of A. D. Pettyjohn of this city. Interment will be made in the I.O.O.F. cemetery. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday. Final arrangements have not been made as yet.
