Paul Boomer and Henry Mullen officiating, for Merrill Richmond, 75, 1985 Sallal Road, who died Friday. A native of Lowell, Mich., he came to Salem as a boy. He was a charter member of the Salem American Legion. He worked as a civil engineer with the Army Engineers at Bonneville Dam before retiring to Woodburn five years ago.
