OBITUARY: Monday, March 8, 1915, at the Willamette sanatorium, in Salem, Or., William Schmidt, aged 36 years. Besides his widow, he leaves nine children, ranging in age from 4 to 17 years, who reside at the family ranch near Salem. The funeral services will take place today at 10 a.m. from the Terwilliger Cottage parlors, under the auspices of the Sons of Herman lodge. Rev. H. E. Hornschuch will officiate.
