OBITUARY: 
At her residence, No. 453 Front street, Salem, Thursday, Oct 12, 1893, a 10:20 p.m. of spinal disease, Charlotte H. Dickinson, wife of the late O. Dickinson, aged 7 years, 8 months, and 11 days. 
The deceased was born in Victor, Ontario county, New York, on February 1, 1817. Her maiden name was Charlotte Dryer Humphrey. She was married to Rev. O. Dickinson at Gilead, Branch county, Mich., on September 22, 1852. She and her husband sailed from New York on Nov. 13, 1852, for Portland, Or., coming via Cape Horn. They arrived on the 4th day of March, 1853. Then they came at once to Salem where a continuous residence has been made. 
Mrs. Dickinson has been an invalid for over twenty years. She was a constant member of the Congregational church and her husband organized the church of that denomination in this city and became its first pastor. 
She leaves one daughter, Mrs. A. N. Moores, and also Mrs. P. H. Raymond, an adopted daughter. The funeral notice will be announced later.
