OBITUARY: 
Kenneth Clair Legge, a retired architect, died Wednesday in a Milwaukie care center at the age of 90.  There will be no services.
  Mr. Legge was born  Sept. 16, 1898, in Salem and lived most of his life in the Portland area.  Most recently he was a Milwaukie resident.  He was in the U.S. Army during World War I and later went to work as an architect for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  He retired in 1962.
  In addition, Mr. Legge was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity, the American Institute of Architects and the First Methodist Church.
  Survivors include two nieces, Diane Stearns of Portland and Clare James of Shreveport, La.
  Disposition was to be by cremation.
