OBITUARY:
HICKS -- At the tuberculosis institute Tuesday morning, August 26, 1913, E. J. Hicks, aged 53 years. The Odd Fellows of Albany have taken charge of the remains, which are at Rigdon & Richardson’s undertaking parlors.

The funeral of J. C. Hicks will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock from Rigdon & Richardson's chapel under the auspices of the Albany lodge of Odd Fellows. The local lodge of the same order will assist in the burial services. The interment will take place at the Odd Fellows cemetery near this city.
