At a local hospital, August 25, Bertha J. Brown, aged 19 years. Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Brown of Halls Ferry; sister of Vernon Brown of Lebanon and William Brown of Halls Ferry. Funeral services Tuesday, August 27, at 10:30 a.m. from the Terwilliger funeral home, 770 Chemeketa street, Rev. G. A. Thompson officiating. Interment I. O. O. F. cemetery.
