Grand Army Funeral. 
To the members of the Sedgwick Post No. 10, G.A.R., and all Civil War Veterans, Spanish War Veterans, Sons of Veterans and members of the Women’s Relief Corps and Ladies of the Grand Army: You are hereby urged to attend the funeral of our recent comrade, W. H. (Uncle Billy) Brown from the undertaking parlors of Rigdon & Richardson, at 2 o’clock p.m. of Tuesday, April 18,. Interment in Rural cemetery. W.C. Faulkner, Post Commander. D. Webster, Post Adjutant.

In Salem, Sunday, April 16, 1916, at 1 p.m. William H. Brown aged 87 years. He is survived by a daughter, living in Texas. Mr. Brown was a veteran of the Mexican and Civil wars. The funeral will be held this afternoon at 2 o’clock from the chapel of Rigdon & Richardson. Rev. Carl H. Elliott officiating. Services will be under the auspices of Sedgwick post No. 10, G. A. R. Burial will take place in Odd Fellows cemetery.
