OBITUARY: 
Mrs. Daisy Buchan at the residence, Roberts Station, at the age of 54 years, Sunday, July 17. Survived by widower, James Buchan and three sisters, Mrs. Maud Colgilazer, Salem, Ind., Mrs. Blanche Southard and Mrs. Ruth Carney, both of Portland; one brother, Roy James Rice of Salem. Funeral services from the chapel of Clough-Barrick company, Church at Ferry streets, Wednesday, July 20 at 2 p.m., with Rev. LeRoy Walker of Hillsboro officiating. Interment I.O.O.F. cemetery.
