CARLTON - William J. Carlton died at his residence, 1466 North Liberty, August 17, at the age of 79 years. He is survived by his wife, Jennie Carlton, one son, Clyde Carlton of Portland, one daughter, Mrs. H. W. Elgin of Salem. Body at Webb Funeral Parlors. Funeral announcements later.
