OBITUARY: 
Mary C. Cotten, at a local hospital, July 19, at the age of 47 years. Late resident of 1855 North Commercial street. Survived by widower, Walter L. Cotten, and the following children: Robert William of Salem, Orville D. of California, J. D. of Marshfield, Emery L. of Hood River, Mrs. Velma Traxler of Portland. Funeral services will be held from the Clough-Barrick chapel Tuesday, July 21, at 11 a.m. Interment IOOF cemetery. Rev. J. C. Bennett officiating.
