DEATH CERTIFICATE:
OBITUARY:
At Klamath Falls, Klamath county, Or., Monday morning, Nov. 25, 1895, Daisy A., beloved wife of Dr. Horace W. Cox, physician at the Klamath Indian reservation.
The sad news was received in Salem yesterday afternoon and has caused much bereavement among friends and acquaintances of the deceased. Her maiden name was Daisy A. Payne, being the second daughter of Mrs. C. D. Snyder, the well-known bookbinder of Salem.
The greater portion of her girlhood days was spent in this city, during which time she was a general favorite among the citizens. Her mother is owner of a mountain home a few miles above Mehama where, formerly, the summer months were pleasantly spent by her family, and it was there on the 3d of January, 1885, that the deceased became the wife of Dr. Cox. The fruits of their union are four children, who with a dutiful husband and loving mother are left to mourn her demise.
Her remains will be brought to Salem, arriving on the 6 a.m. train tomorrow, and interment will be in Rural cemetery. The time of the funeral will be announced later.
