OBITUARY: 

Henry Moribiro, small son of Mr. and Mrs. George Moribiro who live on the McLaughlin hop ranch north of Independence, died in the Salem general hospital June 5 at the age of 5 years, 4 months and 10 days.  Services, directed by the Keeney funeral home, were held in the Odd Fellows cemetery in Salem, Monday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Katayama of Portland officiating.

Henry Morihiro, age 5, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Moihiro, of the McLaughlin ranch, died June 5 in the Salem general hospital.  He had been ill with scarlet fever and an operation was performed while he was recovering from the other trouble.  Burial services were held at the Odd Fellows cemetery in Salem Monday afternoon under the direction of the Keeney funeral home, Rev. Katayama of Portland officiated.
