OBITUARY: Schuyler DeSart Dies at Hospital
Schuyler T. DeSart of 650 Locust st., a lifetime Marion county resident, died at a Salem hospital Monday, after a two-weeks illness. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Clough-Barrick chapel, with internment at 100F cemetery.
A farmer, DeSart was born in Marion county, Dec. 10, 1874.
Surviving are six sisters, Parthena Morris of Florence, Anna Brooks of Everett, Wash., Maude Pooler of Pratum, Elizabeth Turner of Raymond, Wash., Marie McAllister of Portland and Echo Bowen of Salem, and a brother, Ralph DeSart of Salem.
