OBITUARY: Frederick William Durbin, at Corvallis April 23. Formerly of the Howell Prairie community. Survived by widow, Corrine Durbin; father of Sol Durbin, Bremerton, Wash., Capt. Frederick W. Durbin, USA air corps; son of Mrs. Charles Durbin, Salem. Funeral services will be conducted from the Keeney Funeral home at Corvallis on Tuesday, April 25, at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be at IOOF cemetery, Salem, at 3 p.m.

Frederick W. Durbin, operator of a Corvallis service station, died in that city Saturday from heart trouble. He was married to Corinne Miller at Gervais, Jan. 1, 1911, and in 1922 located on Howell Prairie, going to Portland a few years later and to Corvallis in 1934. Besides his widow and two sons, he is survived by his mother, Mrs. Charles Durbin of Salem
