Mrs. Edna Ellis-- Late resident of 527 Dearborn Ave. No., March 27, in LaVerne, Calif. Survived by daughter, Mrs. Laura Wood, Salem; sons, Charles Ellis, LaVerne, Calif., Gordon Ellis, Salem; sister Myra Cox, Newberg, Ore. Fourteen grandchildren also survive. Announcement of services later by the Barrick Chapel, 205 Church SE.

Mrs. Edna Ellis, 87, a resident of the Keizer area from 1942 to 1964, died Thursday at a nursing home in LaVern, Calif., where she had lived in recent years. She was a member of the Keizer Community Church. Surviving are daughter Mrs. Laura Wood, Salem; sons Charles, LaVern, Calif., and Gordon, Salem; sister Myra Cox, Newberg; and 14 grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Barrick mortuary, Rev. Charles L. Holgate officiating. Private interment will be at Pioneer Cemetery.
