Elizabeth Emma Farrar, age 72, died Nov. 18 at her home at 893 South 12th street. She is survived by the following nephews and nieces; John H., of Salem; Dee of San Francisco; Herbert E., of San Diego; Donald of Olympia, Wash., Helen Farrar of Olympia; Mrs. Gladys Kellogg of Portland; Mrs. Thomas Wilkerson of Beaver Falls, Penn. Services from Terwilliger funeral home Wednesday at 10:30 a. m., Rev. W. C. Kantner officiating. Interment in Odd Fellows cemetery.

FARRAR FUNERAL TO OCCUR WEDNESDAY.
Funeral services for Miss Elizabeth Emma Farrar, who passed away Monday morning at the home at 893 South 12th street, will be held Wednesday morning at 10:30 oÂ’clock at the Terwilliger funeral home, with Rev. W. C. Kastner officiating. She had been an invalid for nearly 40 years, some time of which had been spent in a Portland sanitarium.
Miss Farrar came to Salem 60 years ago, at the age of 12 years, with her parents, John Farrar and Emma Farrar, Marion county pioneers. She was a student at the old Oregon institute, which later became Willamette university.
Miss Farrar was an aunt of John Farrar, Salem postmaster. Other nephews and nieces who survive include: Dee of San Francisco, Herbert W. of San Diego, Donald and Helen Farrar of Olympia, Wash, Mrs. Gladys Kellogg of Portland; and Mrs. Thomas Wilkerson of Beaver Falls, Penn.
Miss Farrar was a member of the First Congregational church here. Interment will be made in the I.O.O.F. cemetery.
