DEATH CERTIFICATE: 
OBITUARY: 
At the home of J. P. Robertson, 406 Center street, Salem, Oregon, Tuesday, December 13, 1904, at 5 o'clock p. m., Mrs. Ellen Bagley, aged 74 years and 19 days, the immediate cause of her death being heart failure. 
Deceased was born in Columbus, Ohio, on November 24, 1833. She had lived in the vicinity of Salem for many years, and during the past twelve years had resided continuously in this city. In July of the present year she had a fall, in which she sustained a fracture of the thigh. She was confined in the hospital for a period of three months, but never fully recovered from the injury on account of her advanced age. 
Mrs. Bagley was a devout Christian woman and an earnest church worker, being a member of the First M. E. church of this city. She leaves three sisters, besides a wide circle of friends to mourn her death. Her sisters are: Mrs. J. P. Robertson and Mrs. Workman, of Salem, and Mrs. Deardoff, of Oakland, Oregon. The funeral services will be announced later.
