OBITUARY: 
Bion Everett Bailey, late resident of Monmouth, Ore., at a local hospital, February 14, at the age of 82 years.  Survived by a daughter, Mrs. Edna Crocker of Monmouth. Services will be held at the Howell-Edwards chapel Tuesday, February 18, at 1:30 p.m.  The Rev. H. R. Scheureman will officiate, with interment in the Odd Fellows cemetery.
