DEATH CERTIFICATE:

OBITUARY: At the Salem hospital shortly after midnight this morning, Mrs. George Hatch, aged about 50 years.The deceased had been a resident of Salem many years. Her husband, who passed away twelve months ago, having been well known as a mail carrier. Mrs. Hatch's death followed by only a few months that of her daughter, Alice. Her only living relatives are a sister and a nephew, John Farrar, assistant postmaster, both living in Salem.
Mrs. Hatch has been ill for some time, but her death came suddenly, probably from heart failure.
Funeral arrangements will be in charge of the Terwilliger Funeral home and the date for interment will be announced later.
