[Note - brother of William E. Hawkins, who also died at the Asylum a few days after commital in 1925, William E..Hawkins was infamous in Salem for the murder of F. Harvey Ogle in 1899. See article in burial record for William, whose cremains were retrived from the Oregon State Hospital and buried in Salem Pioneer Cemetery in 2014]
