Deliah Kate Hanshaw Barnett, 90, 5533 Caplinger Road SE, died Tuesday in a local nursing home. 
A native of Missouri, she came to Salem in 1914. Surviving are widower Frank; sons Glen of Sherwood and Robert C. of Anchorage, Alaska; sister Jeanette Stansberry of Webb City, Mo.; four grandchildren. Services will be 3 p.m. Friday at W. T. Rigdon mortuary, Rev. Cecil Warner officiating.

Kate Barnett: Late resident of 5535 Caplinger Rd. SE Salem, Tues. April 17th in a local nursing home at the age of 90 years. Survived by husband, Frank Barnett, Salem; sons Glen Barnett, Sherwood, Ore., Robert C. Barnett, Anchorage, Alaska; sister Jeanette Stansberry, Webb City, Mo. Four grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren also survive. Services, Friday April 20, 3:00 p.m. in Rigdon's Colonial Chapel, Cottage at Chemeketa. Interment in Salem Pioneer Cemetery, Rev.
