OBITUARY: 
JORY - At the family residence, 967 South Commercial street at 9 o'clock Thursday evening, March 18, 1915, Mrs. Mary Jory, at the age of 78.
Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Leslie M.E. church. Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. J. C. Spencer and interment will take place at the Odd Fellows cemetery.
Mrs. Jory is survived by two son, Charles Jory of Stockton, and Oliver Jory, of this city. Her husband died here in 1912. Mrs. Mary Jory came to Oregon in 1858 and moved to this city in 1861. In 1866 she moved into her home on 967 South Commercial and lived there until the time of her death. She was of old Revolutionary stock, her parents, Aaron and Phoebe Budd, coming from Pennsylvania before their removal to Illinois.
