OBITUARY: 
At the family residence, five miles south of Salem, March 26th, of Tyhphoid Fever, Ulysses Bliss, son of Thomas and Mary C. Jay [Jory], aged seven years, eight months and seventeen days. Funeral will take place at the Odd Fellows Cemetery, at three o'clock p.m. on Tuesday March 28th. Friends of the family are invited to attend.
