OBITUARY: Henrietta Bartlett, Tuesday night at a local hospital, age 59 years. The funeral will be held at Lehman & Clough's chapel at 10 a.m. today. Interment will take place at the Odd Fellows cemetery. Daily Oregon Statesman 17 Apr 1913 5:6. Mrs. Bartlett Buried--The funeral of Mrs. Henrietta Bartlett who died at a local hospital Tuesday was held Thursday afternoon at Lehman & Clough's undertaking parlors. Interment took place at the Odd Fellows cemetery. Rev. G. W. Plummer and E. G. Hornschuch were the officiating clergymen.
Henrietta Brier was born January 12, 1854 at Oxford, Benton county, Indiana. She was united in marriage to D. M. Bartlett August 16, 1882 at Williamsport, Indiana, and came with her husband to Oregon in 1891. Since coming to Oregon Mrs. Bartlett has lived in Salem. Six children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Bartlett. She is survived by a husband and four daughters, Mrs. M. C. Moffit, Mrs. Ruth Craven, Miss Grace Bartlett and Miss Arnetta Bartlett and a son, Luther Bartlett, all of Salem.
