James W. Kiphart [Kephart] died in this city, July 5, age 75; husband of Sarah E.; father of Orvil E. of Portland, Earl of Washington, Joseph of Kansas; brother of Mrs. Rachel Vincent of Salem. Funeral services Wednesday, July 8, at 2:30 p.m. from the chapel of W.T. Rigdon and son. Interment Odd Fellows cemetery.
