OBITUARY: At the Salem hospital, Tuesday, September 26, 1905, Hans Keeler, aged 25 years, of typhoid fever. Deceased came to Oregon from Sweden about two years ago and had been employed in Polk county on the farm of his friend Otto Hansen. He recently contracted typhoid fever, but when brought to the hospital his vitality was so low that little hope was entertained for his recovery.
