John Z. Larson, resident of Shaw, died Sunday at the Veterans’ Hospital in Portland. Survived by his widow and four children. Also two sisters and one brother: Mrs. J.F. Young of Newberg, Mr. R.F. Schofield of Salem and Robert Larson of Shaw. Member Capital Post No. 9, American Legion, and World War veteran. Funeral services Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. from Terwilliger Funeral home, Rev. D.J. Howe officiating. Interment I.O.O.F. cemetery.
