OBITUARY:
At the family home on East State street, Salem, Oregon, July 17, 1901, at 10 oclock a.m., of a complication of diseases, Thos. H. Lloyd, aged 50 years.
Deceased had been a resident of Salem for many years. He was a fine mechanic, being a wood worker, and was a good citizen. He had been ailing for nearly a year, but the end came very unexpectedly this morning from a sudden failure of the heart. The funeral will be held at the home promptly at 1 oclock this afternoon, and burial will take place at Odd Fellows cemetery. Deceased leaves a widow, two sons and two daughters to mourn his demise.
