OSBH DC (Marion County 1916) #83 - Andrew Lofquist, male, widowed, occupation farmer, b. 1845 in Sweden, d. 3 Feb 1916 in Salem, Oregon (Oregon State Hospital - 2 m's 30 d's) at the age of 71 years, in Oregon 5 years, name of father Larsen Lofquist (b. Sweden), interment 7 Feb IOOF, undertaker Lehman & Clough, informant hospital records.
OBITUARY: 
At a local hospital, Thursday, February 3, 1916, at 4:45 a.m., Andrew Lofquist, aged 71 years. He is survived by relatives in California. Mrs. T. E. Brown of San Jose, Cal., is making arrangements for the funeral which will be held at a later date, with burial at Odd Fellows cemetery.
