OBITUARY: In this city, Monday, May 15, 1916, at 3:25 o’clock, Clarence E. Macy, aged 47 years. He was formerly a resident of Oregon City and a native of Oregon. Besides his widow, Mrs. Hildreth Macy, he leaves a daughter, Hildreth, age 14 years; a sister, Mrs. P. E. Grimes of Harrisburg; a brother, J. C. Macy of Eugene, and a stepfather, J. M. Philpott of Harrisburg. The funeral was held yesterday afternoon from the chapel of Webb & Clough, with burial in Odd Fellows’ cemetery.
