Attorney I. N. Maxwell left this morning for his home at Whatcom, Wash., Mr. Maxwell was called to Salem Feb. 26 by the death of Mrs. Maxwell.

MAXWELL - In this city, Oct 19, 1912, Judge Isaac Newton Maxwell, beloved father of Ben Isaac Maxwell of Salem, Ore.; a native of Tennessee, aged 60 years, 6 months, 29 days.
Remains to be forwarded to Salem, Ore., by Hambley & Smith, 1570 Fourth street, corner of Cedar, for services and interment.

Body Arrives
The body of I. N. Maxwell, who died in San Diego, California, October 19, 1912, arrived this afternoon on the Shasta Limited and was taken to the undertaking parlors of Lehman & Clough. Arrangement for the funeral have not yet been made.
