Allena McDonald Succumbs, Once Resident of City
Mrs. Allena May McDonald, 90-year-old former Salem resident, died Friday in her home at Portland. She was the niece of 100-year-old Mrs. J. J. Hubbard of Independence.
Mrs. McDonald, a native of Corvallis, was a late resident of 2148 NW Overton St., Portland. She had lived there the past 25 years and earlier had lived in Salem. Her husband, Malcolm, died some years ago.
A daughter, Miss Florence McDonald survives.
The funeral will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Finley's Rose Chapel, Portland. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. in Salem at the Pioneer Cemetery.
