Morrison) at the age of 58y 5m 8d, name of father Terrence Moffitt (b. Scotland), interment 13 Apr, undertaker Holman & Lutz, informant Mrs. Lottie Moffitt of 670 E. Morrison St.
OBITUARY: 

Nicholas L. Moffitt, former Salem resident, and father of Chester T. Moffitt of this city, died at the residence in Portland Thursday morning at the age of 59 years. Survived also by his widow, Mrs. Lottie Moffitt, and one daughter, Mrs. H. L. Johnson of Portland. He was a member of the Friends church.
Funeral services will be held this afternoon at the Rigdon and Son mortuary, with interment following at the Odd Fellows cemetery here.
